It’s been a crazy few weeks, not just here at BlastOff either, I imagine, but within every team across the Blast ecosystem and for the Blast team themselves.
We’ve been going all guns blazing on all fronts here at BlastOff, with everyone from our BD team to marketing and developers surviving on nothing but caffeine and adrenaline, and the BlastOff IDO is just around the corner. Let’s look at what’s been going on at BlastOff so far, starting with the platform itself.
BlastOff Testnet
Looking at the numbers, the BlastOff testnet was nothing short of a virtually flawless success. In just a few short weeks, we’ve seen 50K+ testnet participants, opened and filled four testnet vaults and seen well over $20m in TVL!
Not bad for testnet, not bad at all!

As you can see from the snapshots above, BlastOff has been pretty popular off-chain and on-chain!
Our X following has more than tripled in the last month, almost reaching the 100k mark pre-mainnet. Discord, which launched only a couple of months ago, has already surpassed the 60k mark, and our 36k+ followers on Galxe have been responsible for campaign task participation of nearly 250k.
The BlastOff Idea Farming initiative snapshot above has received a massive 9.5k submissions of ideas to leverage Blast innovations, including native-yield and auto-rebasing, and the X Spaces involved in the initiative have gathered a cumulative 12k listeners across the last few weeks; pretty good if we do say so ourselves!

BlastOff on Mainnet
The first BlastOff vault is officially live on Blast mainnet, offering Ethereum (ETH) holders a unique opportunity. By visiting BlastOff's vaults, users can engage in staking their ETH to begin farming various rewards, including $OFFxPoints for access to future $OFF airdrops and more, Blast Points, and Blast Gold. This development signifies a significant milestone for DeFi enthusiasts looking to maximize their digital asset holdings innovatively.
Introducing the Gen1 Yield Vault: A Strategic Farming Revolution
At the heart of the YZone initial offerings is the Gen1 Yield Vault, an aggregator designed to refine the concept pioneered by Yearn. It adopts a broader strategy deployment approach, enabling the farming of other protocol points alongside traditional yields. By staking in this vault, users can earn fyETH—a derivative of ETH. This can either be sold on the open market for ETH or used to participate in future YIDOs (Yield Initial DEX Offerings), enhancing the liquidity and utility of the platform's ecosystem.
Moreover, stakers will be eligible for future $OFFxPoints and $BxPoints connected airdrops, weekly Blast Points distributions, and a Blast Gold share—initially funded through our strong position in the Blast Big Bang. BlastOff's commitment to sharing all Blast Points and Blast Gold with the community is a testament to its dedication to its user base.
Currently, the vault operates on a native-yield strategy, with plans to introduce more strategies as we progress. These developments will be announced to the community and eventually governed by $OFF token holders, marking a transition towards a more decentralized and user-empowered platform.
Future Yield Minter Vault: Pioneering Access to Long-term Yield
BlastOff will shortly introduce the Future Yield Minter Vault, an innovative solution allowing users to stake their ETH and automatically mint up to five years' yield initially, with the option to mint up to ten years' worth. This feature resembles a self-repaying CDP (Collateralized Debt Position), offering a futuristic approach to managing yield and debt. The vault generates fyETH and offers high rates of $OFFxPoints alongside weekly Blast Points and Blast Gold distributions.
This mechanism provides a novel way for users to leverage their assets and integrates seamlessly with the broader DeFi ecosystem on Blast, including participation in YIDOs and other DeFi applications.
Incentives and Community Engagement
We’re not stopping at offering these lucrative staking opportunities; there’s more! We’re providing extra incentives for community growth through a referral program; by sharing a unique referral link, users can earn 25% of the $OFFxPoints generated by those they invite to the platform. This approach rewards current users and encourages expanding the BlastOff community, fostering a more vibrant, diverse and engaged ecosystem.
BlastOff Audits
User and user fund security is paramount. The trustless nature of blockchain creates a need to trust the protocols with which users engage, interact, and use funds. This is why we have undertaken not one, not two, but three security audits of our smart contracts.
The first audit report, conducted by Zokyo, can be found here, and the second, conducted by Verichains, can be found here. The third and final audit, conducted by Deussec, connected to us through our launch partner Kaizen Finance, is being completed as we speak. The final report will be delivered very shortly.

BlastOff IDO on Seedify
The day is almost upon us, ladies and gentlemen; the debut of the $OFF token through our IDO on the market-leading multi-chain launchpad, Seedify, is just a couple of days away.
If you head to Seedify, you’ll see a three-phase IDO and raise for BlastOff. The initial Private Round will be on April 8th and 9th, the OFE (open for everyone) round will be on April 10th, and the main Public Raise Round will be on April 18th and 19th.

Blast Points, Blast Gold and OffPoints
Just to reiterate before we go into the details, 100% of Blast Points and Blast Gold are being distributed to our users.
Blast Points
First up, Blast points, and we’ve kept it nice and simple. We have not added any extra layers to the system already put in place by Blast, keeping eligibility, accumulation and distribution as simple as possible for BlastOff users, as follows:
You deposit ETH/USDB into a smart contract on BlastOff.
Blast pays our contract Blast points.
We distribute relevant allocations of Blast points to users.
Blast Gold
Next, we have the coveted Blast Gold, and once again, with 100% distributed to users, we’re keeping it nice and straightforward. The key difference here is that eligibility to receive Blast Gold through BlastOff is based on the staking of our soon-to-be-launched $OFF token.
Blast Gold distribution will occur in a linear, pro-rata structure, ensuring fair distribution to everyone based on the commitment shown in the amount of their $OFF stake.
OffxPoints and the $OFF Airdrop
Our points system has been live for a little while now, with massive participation seen on our leaderboard. Some have asked about the value of these points, and you can rest assured it has not all been for nothing. We’re pleased to inform our community that your OFFxPoints will directly correlate with eligibility and allocation within the upcoming $OFF airdrop!
Our upcoming airdrop of 100k $OFF tokens will be split between OFFxPoints holders and Galxe participants, with 80% going to points holders and 20% to our Galxe campaign. Airdropped tokens will be subject to no cliff and 4 months vesting.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to recent events during which users gained or attempted to gain an unfair advantage by simply ‘creating’ referrals themselves, we will implement some rules to create a fair and equitable playing field for everybody.
